Rochelle Leach has been recently appointed to the role of Team Lead Asset Management Information for the New Zealand Transport Agency after 5 years in the organisation. Previously Rochelle was employed in Engineering, Construction and Maintenance for Downer Group from 2011 – 2019 and prior to this is Local Government roading. Rochelle has strong operational experience and is keen to explore more in her role, and associations, for engagement and opportunities to impact change.  Rochelle also sits on the Council for the Road Engineering Association of Asia and Australasia (REAAA).
